Shipping Policy

K-9ightLights L.L.C. is currently only shipping orders domestically within the Contiguous United States.  We plan to improve even more to provide our products worldwide over the next few years.

Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment takes place.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as we possibly can.  Note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays.  Orders received after 5pm (EST) will begin processing the next business day.  Orders placed after 5pm (EST) on Friday will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

Information on Shipping:

All orders are shipped from our headquarters located in North Carolina.  We currently only ship orders to customers throughout the Contiguous United States, although we plan to be able to ship internationally in the near future.  Shipping times depends on your location, but a general guide to timeframes is included in the chart below.  We do not guarantee weekend delivery on any shipping options listed below.  Please note, expedited USPS or UPS shipping times apply to the order once it has left our shipping facility and does apply to the processing lead times referenced above.

Although USPS states that they do deliver to P.O. Boxes, UPS does NOT.  To ensure safe and proper delivery to P.O. Box locations, please email us at k9ightlights@gmail.com and information will be provided to you about your order.

Shipping Times:

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your order via USPS or UPS.  Listed below is a chart including shipment time information.  Please note, the times listed in the table below do not include the order processing times mentioned above, but will give you a good estimate on how long it will take to receive your order.
